Great as always, fast delivery

Generally great as always, except there were wayyyy too many chilli flakes on the calzone! It seemed like someone had accidentally dumped a whole tub on and then tried to scrape them off but couldn’t! So we couldn’t eat more than a bite or two of that one!

Just a reminder that I was not happy last night. The guy on the phone was obviously trying his best, but the delivery driver let the show down. Not only did he deliver to the wrong house, but by the time he did arrive (almost 2 hours!), he lied to the guy In the shop about which street he was in, he ended up coming down the street on foot searching for the house in the end, and then to top it all off he had clearly been carrying the pizza box on its side so the whole lot was a congealed mess in the corner of the box and ended up in the bin! Not a good experience at all.

After a not so good meal last week was cold. Got replacement meal last night for free was amazing and restaurant could not have apologised enough I use Melt a lot and never had any complaints before. Great meal and service

Food arrived 45 minutes after told was on its way and when arrived was stone cold most went in bin phoned to complain as I use melt a lot but this was offered free meals as compensation

Regularly order from Melt Lochend. They're pizza and pasta are fab.

The food was really nice, cooked how I asked. The only thing that was off putting was the personal hygiene of the delivery driver. His body odour was very pungent.

The pizza was INCREDIBLE And that's the first time we got Plain chips instead of loaded. Wow! They are so Crispy and delicious. Fantastic

Chips were burnt wrap had too much sauce in it wasn’t wrapped good very soggy and falling apart
